You should really be careful when considering outsourcing to another country. In countries where your language is not the native language, things get lost in translation. Time zone issues can be a problem as well. I'm not saying don't consider it, I'm just saying be careful.

You'd have to be superman and extremely talented to be able to do everything yourself with your book. For the creative parts, like cover design and layout etc, I'd like to have some say in it. Especially when its done and if I wanted to change things. Hopefully I'll get along with everyone I work with, kind of an important thing. Now it's back to writing.
