  • Hi Dale,

I wanted to leave a comment to let you know how helpful these videos are. What a great service you are providing for independently published authors! Thank you.

My question concerns distribution. In episode #31, you mention bookstores as one of many avenues for distribution and you promised to discuss other methods in future episodes. Have you done that yet? And, if not, will you do an episode on other ways to distribute books if we do not use bookstores?

    Thank you,
    Sherri James

Amazing video. Actually gave me a idea for one of the books in my series. I am a strong believer in knowing what is important in your life. I am divorced. My husband was a "worker". I am now in a great relationship because I simply believed in that one principle. Make sure you know what it is you are truly working for. No amount of money is worth losing the important things in your life. Tony is a very smart man.

    HI Dale,

Very intriguing episode jam-packed with vital information. I feel selling is my weakness: not comfortable with it. I seem to have a psychological or emotional block. Guilt and self-esteem definitely play a part. If you haven't already planned it, would you please do a segment(s) on selling and the mindset, principles, etc. involved?

Thank you and bless you! ~ Joyce

Now I know why I feel so overwhelmed and always have the feeling that i will never end. Cramping ever thing into just one book makes one barely touch on some important points, for fear of writing too many pages.

An author should bring his or her inner self out when writing a book, since he or she would be allowed into the "personal space" of the reader. There should be a "spiritual connection", even from the cover design which should give some insight as to what the inner explosiveness or honest passion of the author is. There should be "feelings" attatched to the message.
  • I appreciated watching this interview. Tony Gattari communicates his ideas very well.
I will work hard to promote my books as he recommended in this interview.

Thank you very much and all the best to you.

Big fan of Tony Gattari's, just had him speak at my company's (Eagle Insurance Brokers) annual conference and I now have another of his books to read. It doesnt surprise me that his books are a success. My staff loved his session.

    Hi Dale
    That was fantastic!
I noticed that Tony mentioned his co-author at the end of the discussion. Perhaps co-authoring could be a subject for future episodes? I know I'm curious about the ins and outs of it...
    Keep up the terrific work...
    Susie
  • Hi Susie
I'm so glad you enjoy the episode. Yeh I definitely will take a note of that and talk about co-authoring in one of my future episodes. Thanks for the suggestion as I'm sure a lot of other people would live to know more too.
