  • How insightful! I will reconsider what I am going to put on the back cover. It makes sense when I think about how I look at books, it's the cover, then the back and then the flick through.... I guess I do it quite unconsciously that I never really thought about it before.

    I've picked up a few books before and when I went to read the back, all that was there was other people praising the book and nothing about the book itself, and I don't think I took the time to check the inside flaps if there were any. I think there should at the least be something about whats inside. In my opinion anyway.

  • I think you saved me a truck load of money. 4 days ago I quickly wrote the back cover for my new book and was not aware of the importance to get it done professionally. Will spend some $$ on the copy. Thanks for warning and sharing
