As a musician, I'm thinking of giving sample recordings as bonuses (currently working on my first book). I have an artist friend - known throughout Canada - who regularly gives away prints of his works as bonuses, door prizes, etc. Even after 50 years in his field, he continues to give.

Just a couple of ideas to link into and mutually support the creative arts.....................Joyce
  • Oh this is good! As I listened, I was trying to think of what I could create as a bonus gift. A workbook and checklist would be very good.

These video presentations frustrate me. :) You provide so many good ideas, I want to do them right away. Unfortunately, I'm not quiet ready.

Still shooting for an October publication. It is my goal to be ready to submit by October 1. By October 15 I will have found the best package from a self-publishing company. Then, promote my book with a "New Year's Resolution" theme. Something like - Make 2010 the year you become your own boss!"

This is an excellent episode that will help me out in adding more value to my book. It is a great way to build my list and maintain a relationship with my book customers.
