Wow again.
&
My compliments to the cover designer of the Teen Talk series,

I just realized that for GPTV viewers who are writing poetry books your audio book idea would be a brilliant addition.

I'm not sure if it has caught on in other countries yet, but in the US "Spoken Word Poetry" is huuge.
Furthermore authors could use their website and have for a free bonus gift videos of the author performing at various venues.

Hope it helps,
Your Friendly Neighborhood Usman

As a (classically) trained singer and performance coach, I'd like to share with your viewers who are considering audiobooks that tonal quality, diction and delivery are important factors which contribute to the quality of the recording. Even more important is the sincerity of the performer's or author's speech; as lay audiences can detect nonchalance equally as well as passion in the voice.

Hope these pointers help. Feel free to contact me for clarification or just to say 'hello' at: joyce.mah@shaw.ca

In kind ~ Joyce

I like that map idea. Most books these days just have the map in the front or back of the book and if there are a lot of locations, a small map could be crowded. So having something a reader could print out is a good idea. Or if you wanna get fancy you could have like an old parchment type map, making it look really cool according to the time line of the story. Maybe even showing where the hero(s) go. Course that would have to be mailed to the reader if they wanted the fancy paper one.
Oh and I was thinking about the audio book thing. It would be neat to have music playing at important/intense moments of the story. Of course unless the author is also a musician they would have to borrow existing music and the copyright stuff could get sticky. I just think having music would make the scenes more excitable and memorable, like in the real good movies it would add to the moment. That's about it for now. Looking forward to more free gift ideas.
