    Printers who understand the value of relationship building will work with you on maximizing space to reduce paper wastage. I found this to be true in printing an original board-game years ago. Don't be afraid to ask for options......

    This is a great site, and thanks for sharing so much information. You mentioned the book mark idea at a seminar I attended, so I took it onboard, and offer a book mark, with a free give away, so they need to go to my website to get that.
    Thanks so much for your training DVD's and CDs. They have been a major source of ideas and information when getting my book published. I'm now working on edition 2 which will be improved, and sold in all book stores world wide, and online. Thanks for your teachings Dale!
